Vision 2000 Travel Group offers emergency telephone assistance available anywhere in the world, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

This toll-free service is the only Canadian service of its kind and is operated on behalf of the Vision 2000 Travel Group by “Business Travellers Help Line”, operating under the same policies and procedures, as well as guarantees, as ourselves. They only operate as a twenty-four, emergency specialized service for a few specific corporate travel agencies, and we are their largest client.

Their highly trained staff are able to retrieve all reservations that have been made by our travel counsellors, or any reservations that you have made through our corporate on-line reservation systems. They have access to all traveller profiles that are in our system and are therefore able to quickly and efficiently assist with new airline, car, and hotel reservations; change existing travel reservations; cancel currently held reservations; arrange for ticketing as necessary; and assist with any travel related requirements. Once the call is complete, the agents document the reservation record and queue it to our office for review and follow up as required. Our emergency toll-free 24-hour number is quoted on all traveller itineraries.

The advantage of using a Canadian company to provide this service is that they realize that Flin Flon and Moose Jaw are places, and they also know the small local airlines and consolidators. Prior to using this service we found problems with American based companies not being knowledgeable enough about our geography and suppliers.

Clients phoning this number after-hours can leave a detailed message at any time for follow-up during the next business day, or they can be directed to the “Business Traveller Help Line” service, if changes to reservations or new reservations are required.
